Stavroula Matea is an experienced Corporate Administrator with a strong background in company law, corporate administration, company formation, restructuring and ongoing corporate compliance.
She advises and assists Cyprus-based and international clients on a wide range of corporate administration matters, including the incorporation and maintenance of Cyprus companies, preparation and review of corporate documentation, coordination of corporate changes and filings, and liaison with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other competent authorities.
Stavroula also has significant experience in liaising with local and international banking institutions in relation to the opening, operation and maintenance of bank accounts, as well as supporting clients with KYC, due diligence and AML compliance requirements.
