Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou is the Founding / Managing Partner of CONSTANTINOU PANAYIOTOU & CO LLC (GCP LAW), established in 2006.

Born in Limassol in 1980, Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou is a lawyer (member of the Cyprus Bar Association), a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, as well as a Certified Risk Management Specialist in Russian Sanctions (CRMS-RS), by the leading and preeminent compliance and risk management firm in the world, K2 Integrity, recognized as a high-performing professional with the skills to identify, assess, and manage sanctions risks for her clients.

During her career, Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou served:

  1. as an elected Member of the Board of the Cyprus Bar Association, appointed as its Spokesperson,
  2.  as a member of the Advisory Board of the European Lawyers Foundation, a network composed of Bars and Law Societies from Europe, bringing vast experience in managing projects that have already created European added-value projects for the benefit of the legal profession in the EU,
  3. as a Chairwoman of the Committee of Young Lawyers of the CBA,
  4. as the Supervisor / Member of the Committee for Companies and Tax Planning of the Cyprus Bar Association
  5. as a member of the Committee of Foreign Investments of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB),
  6. as the Instructor of Commercial Law and Trust Law at the Law School of the European University Cyprus for the period 2011-2015.

As the Founding and Managing Partner, Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou oversees the performance and global business development of GCP LAW. With 20 years of international legal experience and expertise, she is a specialist in Contract law (incl. contract drafting), Corporate/Company law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Trust and Fiduciary services, and International Private law. Other areas of her expertise are liquidations, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and secured corporate finance.

Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou is a leader in the legal industry having received many professional awards for her career achievements. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences, in Cyprus and abroad, and her articles have been published in legal editions.
Acting as an advisor, an expert, or a member of various committees and organizations, Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to Justice and the Rule of Law. As an inspirer, she has played and continues to play a key role in developing and promoting policies and applied initiatives against gender discrimination and equality in the legal industry, the legal literacy program at schools, anti-corruption, and AML regulatory framework, and is an advocate for the implementation of structural reforms and a new sustainable economic model for Cyprus.

In 2019, Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou was a candidate member for the European Parliament Elections and has served as a Spokesperson / Secretary of Political Reforms of the biggest political party, heading a team of successful leaders from various industries in drafting proposed reforms. In 2014, she was appointed as an expert member of the Working Groups for the Cypriot Problem, appointed directly by his Excellency the President of the Republic of Cyprus.
Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou holds a Law degree from the National & Kapodistrian University in Athens (2003) and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European (Commercial) Law from the University of Leicester (2005), both with scholarships due to academic excellence. In 2001, she attended Harvard University USA where she completed 2 courses, “International Relations/World Politics” as well as “War Crimes, Genocides and Justice” and was awarded the accredited Certificate (DCE-2001). She also attended the Universite de Franche-Comte in France (1998) completing an intensive course on the French Language, having been awarded a bursary from the French Government for her academic excellence.

She is also a founder and investor in the field of digital technology and digital marketing and communication.

Ms. Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou speaks fluent Greek, English, and French.
