Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou is a leading international legal advisor with 23 years of legal experience across corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. As the Founding and Managing Partner of CONSTANTINOU PANAYIOTOU & CO LLC (GCP LAW), established in 2006, Georgia oversees the firm’s performance and global business development, with a focus on high-value cross-border transactions, insolvency, sanctions compliance, and legal risk mitigation.

She is a qualified lawyer (member of the Cyprus Bar Association), a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and a Certified Risk Management Specialist in Russian Sanctions (CRMS-RS), trained by K2 Integrity. Georgia is widely recognized for her ability to align legal strategy with business outcomes in complex legal environments.
