Ignatiou, effective from June 1, 2018. The addition strengthens one of the firm’s core practice areas: Corporate and Contract law and adds further depth to the firm’s capacity to serve its clients.
Constantinos P. Ignatiou is a lawyer, member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner in Cyprus. Constantinos obtained his law degree from the National and Capodistrian University in Athens in 2006 where he studied under full scholarship and continued his postgraduate studies and was awarded the MSc in Finance and Financial Law from SOAS at the University of London.
Constantinos, before joining GCP Law as a Partner, had worked exclusively with large international corporate and fiduciary service providers for over a decade and managed large international client accounts with great success and a results-oriented approach. He has considerable experience in Corporate, Commercial, Contract and Trust law, and his special areas of interest include International financial markets and corporate finance. Constantinos is a highly regarded counsel in cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, Trusts, corporate restructuring, Funds set-up/administration and insolvency matters. Constantinos will be advising corporate clients on contract matters, corporate and tax structuring as well as the set up and administration of Trusts and Funds.
